Abstract

AbstractCardiovascular disease is the number one cause of death globally among them is CHD. One of the risk factors of coronary heart diseaseis obesity. There needs to be a first step to determine obesity in a way that anthropometric measurements of nutritional status(BMI and waist hip ratio) and biochemical (lipid profile). There is a difference between the normal range and interpretation of anthropometry and biochemistry that are able to raise questions about the best method for detecting CHD risk factors. The purpose of this study was to determine the validity of BMI and waist hip ratio on the lipid profile in patients with CHD Poly Heart Hospital Dr.M.Yunus Bengkulu. This research is research that is both analytic survey with cross-sectional approach. The population in this study were patients with CHD in Poly Heart Hospital Dr. M. Yunus Bengkulu. While the sample of 60 respondents with making accidental sampling technique. Analysis of the data in this study using validity. This technique is used to measure the sensitivity and specificity of indicators that BMI and waist hip ratio studis on lipid profile.Validity of test results that the sensitivity of BMI and waist hip ratio is quite good (Se>70%) but for specificity IMT better than the waist hip ratio (Sp <60%).Keywords: body mass index, waist-to-hip circumferenceratio, lipid profile, coronary heartdisease AbstrakPenyakit kardiovaskular adalah penyebab nomor satu kematian secara global salah satunya yaitu PJK. Salah satu faktor risiko dari PJK adalah obesitas. Perlu dilakukan langkah awal untuk pendektesian obesitas dengan cara pengukuran status gizi yaitu antropometri (IMT dan RLPP) dan biokimia (profil lipid). Ada perbedaan batas normal dan interpretasi antara antropometri dan biokimia yangdapat menimbulkan pertanyaan tentang metode yang paling baik untuk mendeteksi faktor risiko PJK.Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah mengetahui validitas IMT dan RLPP terhadap profil lipid pasien PJK di Poli Jantung RSUD Dr. M. Yunus Bengkulu. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian yang bersifat survei analitik dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pasien PJK di Poli Jantung RSUD Dr. M. Yunus Bengkulu. Sedangkan sampelnya sebanyak 60 responden dengan teknik pengambilan accidental sampling. Analisa data dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan uji validitas. Teknik ini digunakan untuk mengukur sensitivitas dan spesifisitas dari indikator penelitian yaitu IMT dan RLPP terhadap profil lipid.Dari hasil uji validitas bahwa sensitivitas IMT dan RLPP tergolong baik (Se > 70%) tetapi untuk spesifisitas IMT lebih baik daripada RLPP (Sp < 60%).Kata Kunci : IMT, RLPP, Profil Lipid, PJK
