Background: According to the Law the Indonesia National Military number 34 of 2004 Article 7 states that the principal task of the military is to uphold state sovereignty, defend the territorial integrity of the Republic of Indonesia based on Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution, as well as to protect the people and the country of Indonesia of threats and harassment against the integrity of the nation. In carrying out their jobs are mostly once risk or by soldiers tni one of them is experienced with disability, most of the military that the experience with disability did not receive it self into defect, a lot of trauma, pressure they face that led to the stress. For the soldiers the military that the experienced defect later on done rehabilitation and was conducted rehabilitation army soldier was given training and learning so that the army soldier called students .This study was conducted to determine whether there is a relation between the length of disability and level of disability with the stress level of students with disabilities who are in rehabilitation at the Rehabilitation Center of the Ministry of Defence research time in March 2015. Method: Descriptive and analytical research. The number of subject are 75 students. The target population of 61 students. Cross-sectional study design. Each subject was given a questionnaire DASS 42 to measure stress levels. Result: The data analysis using Chi-Square with saturated sampling technique. Results of statistical test (p = 0.257) there is no relation between the stress and length disability (p = 0.381) there is no relation between the level of disability with stress. Conclusion: This study concluded that the length of a person with disabilities and the level of disability does not affect the level of stress.
