      HUBUNGAN ANTARA MUTU PELAYANAN KESEHATAN TERHADAP KEPUASAAN PASIEN RAWAT JALAN BPJS DI POLIKLINIK PENYAKIT DALAM DI RUMAH SAKIT UMUM DAERAH CIBINONG TAHUN 2015

      Abstract
      The quality is focused on quantity and in terms of quality must be improved, especially the quality of health care. One of the waysto always keep and increase the quality of health care is by doing patient tisfactionassessment. This study aims to know the relationship between the quality of health services to satisfaction of internal disease inpatient BPJS in Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Cibinong on 2015. Method of this study is analytic observasional. Design of this study is crosssectional. Population in this study were all outpatients were registered as participants in the clinic BPJS disease in hospitals cibinong the number of samples are 77 samples. This study uses questioner as instrument in collecting data. Analysis that is used in this study is bivariat by using chi-square formula. The result of bivariat analysis shows the relationship between the quality of health services to satisfaction of outpatiens in clinic medicine BPJS in Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Cibinong on 2015 program is : service tangiable shows P score 0.000, service reliability shows P score 0.000, service responsiveness shows P score 0.000, service assurance shows P score 0.000, service emphaty shows P score 0.000. The five dimensions of the service quality have P score <0.050.It means there is a meaningful relationship between the quality of health services to satisfaction of internal disease inpatient BPJS in Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Cibinong on 2015.
