dc.descriptionApplication of informed choice and informed consent to contraceptive services in North Minahasa Regency has not been optimal views of declining coverage KB active participant last four years and increased use of contraceptives drop out. The purpose of research is to analyze the factors related to the performance of village midwives in the application of informed choice and informed consent to contraceptive services in North Minahasa regency.This type of research is observational analytic cross sectional approach. The population was 100 midwives, 50 respondents selected at random from midwives who meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria for each clinic. Data were analyzed by chi-square test and logistic regression. Research results showed that the average age of respondents 34 years, with an average tenure of 11 years, most of the respondents education D III (60%). Motivation, and performance is good but the knowledge is still lacking in terms of understanding the term step SATUTUJU counseling and how to fill out an informed consent form. Supervision is still lacking because it has not done routinely. Factors related to the performance is the motivation (p value = 0.048), and perception of supervision (p value = 0.001)en-US
