Abstract

ABSTRAK            Sebanyak 150 orang wanita menjalani pekerjaan sebagai pekerja seks komersial. Wanita pekerja seks komersial karena kondisinya dalam keterpaksaan berakibat pada ketidakmampuan memaknai hidupnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menggambarkan pengaruh pelaksanaan logoterapi terhadap kemampuan memaknai hidup Wanita Pekerja Seks Komersial di Semarang. Logoterapi adalah penggunaan teknik untuk menyembuhkan atau mengurangi atau meringankan krisis eksistensial, melalui penemuan makna hidup. Logoterapi dilaksanakan dalam bentuk konseling dan berorientasi pada pencarian makna hidup individu. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan quasy experiment dengan metode pretest and posttest one group. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan ada pengaruh yang signifikan logoterapi terhadap kebermaknaan hidup dengan p value < α yaitu 0,001. Berdasarkan hasil di atas perlu direkomendasikan bahwa logotheraphy dapat dijadikan standar terapi spesialis keperawatan jiwa dalam menemukan makna hidup. Kata kunci: Logoterapi, makna hidup, Pekerja Seks Komersial ABSTRACT            A total of 150 women undergoing a job as a commercial sex worker. Female sex workers as conditions in the compulsion result in the inability to make sense of his life. The purpose of this study was to describe the effect of the implementation logotherapy ability interpret the meaning of life women's commercial sex workers  in Semarang. Logotherapy is the use of techniques to cure or alleviate the existential crisis, through the discovery of the meaning of life. Logotherapy implemented in the form of counseling and oriented on the individual search for meaning of life. This study design was quasy experiment with methods of pretest and posttest one group. The results showed no significant effect logotherapy to the meaningfulness of life with p value <α is 0.001. Based on the above results it is recommended that logotheraphy can be used as standard therapy nursing specialists soul in finding the meaning of life.
