Public places are places of activity for the general public which have permanent places, facilities and activities. Organized by government, private and individual bodies that are used directly by the community. One type of TTU is school. Adequate facilities will provide comfort and satisfaction for students. One of the facilities that must exist is sanitation facilities consisting of clean water facilities, toilets, waste water disposal facilities (SPAL), and waste disposal facilities. This study aims to determine the condition of sanitation and student satisfaction of users of sanitation facilities SMA Negeri 1 Wedi Klaten.
This type of research survey presented is analyzed descriptively. The sample of respondents is students of SMA 1 Wedi Klaten taken as many as 85 students by using a sampling technique (incidental sampling) based on students found, using toilet facilities and willing to become respondents.
Based on the results of inspection of sanitation facilities, it was found that sanitation facilities in SMA 1 Wedi Klaten were categorized as Medium with a score of 193,1. Assessment of student satisfaction is Neutral / Ordinary with a percentage of 68,23%. As well as 52 respondents with a percentage of 61,18% suggesting to improve the cleanliness of existing toilets.
