Abstract

Barber Johnson is one of the indicators used to measure the quality of hospital services. There are four parameters used to assess the efficiency of inpatient beds. In RSI Sultan Agung is known that one of the parameters , BOR has decreased the percentage of 2013-2015. Where the reduction impacted on policy-making inpatient services. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the accuracy of parameter Barber Johnson calculation in 2013 and 2015, drawing the graphic of Barber Johnson and analyze the efficiency of the management of inpatient hospital in 2013 and 2015, knowing the factors that affected the efficiency of the management of hospital inpatient services in 2013 and 2015.This type of research used descriptive research method with qualitative approach.
