Abstract

The medical record is the file containing the records and files of patients from admission to discharge. Determinants of ongoing medical record service is prompt medical record document distribution services. This study aims to determine the distribution process, a long time delay factor distribusion and distribution.The research uses descriptive method, the authors describe the direct field observations and interviews regarding the distribution of documents outpatient medical records in RSI Sultan Agung SemarangThe result showed the process of distributing outpatient medical records document in RSI Sultan Agung Semarang beginning of patient registration completed until the document medical records to the clinic. The average time took 19.8 minutes and 31.90 minutes for manual distribution to the clinic first floor MECB (Multi Centre Excellent Building) and the D building. The average time of 4 minutes for distribution using tools Aerocom clinic third floor MECB (Multi Centre Excellent Building). Factors affecting the medical records document distribution are tools, human, methode and environmental. To support distribution services conducted socialization regarding the minimum service time standard hospitals and an improved understanding of the causes of governance, human resources and the environment.
