Saliva acidity can affect the occurrence of caries. Chemical caries prevention apparatus is required to serve as a salivary buffer and assist the remineralization process. CPP-ACP and Fluokol both contain ingredients that serve as a caries prevention agent. The purpose of this research is to know the difference of CPP-ACP polishing effect and Fluxy application to salivary pH. This research type is experiment, quasy experiment method, design of pre and post experimental design. The sample of this research is the students of SD Negeri Srondol Kulon 01 Banyumanik Subdistrict in 2017 that match the inclusion criteria with 45 children. The first treatment is CPP-ACP application, the second treatment is Fluokol application. The data analysis used is cross tabulation. The results showed that the average difference of salivary pH before and after CPP-ACP was 0.36, the difference of salivary pH before and after fluid was 0.67. The average difference before and after Fluxy is higher than CPP-ACP, therefore it is recommended that people use Fluokol as a caries prevention agent to maintain oral health.
