Dental clinic that owned by Dental Department in Health Polytechnic of Semarang is a clinic used as a means of education, and research with the priority of patient safety. Services that exist in the clinic conducted by students of Dental Nurse. While the patient who is given the services is the patient who was brought in directly by the students. To be able to know how the services have done by students has required a measurement of patient satisfaction to the services provided. Satisfaction Measurement can be done by using public satisfaction index (IKM) which consists of 14 elements. The purpose of this research is to find out how the level of patient satisfaction post-dental health services at the Clinic of dental nurse Department in Health Polytechnic of Semarang based on public satisfaction index. The type of this research is descriptive qualitative with Cross Sectional research approach. Data collection was done by filling out questionnaires by respondents. Population and sample in this study were patients who visited and given services at the clinic of Dental Nurse Department in March to April which was more than 17 years old as many as 38 respondents. The results of this research how that the satisfaction of the community seen from the respondents' perception of dental and oral health services at the Clinic of Dental Nurse Department in Health Polytechnic of Semarang included in the category of good assessment.
