Abstract

The indicators used in describing the degree of public health in a country is the Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) and Infant Mortality Rate (IMR). In Semarang Regency, MMR in 2016 third quarter as many as 1 cases and IMR were 3 cases. The purpose of this research is to monitor the health of the mother during pregnancy to postpartum and early detection during pregnancy in order to determine whether or not complications of pregnancy and childbirth.The report their final task was conducted in the form of a case study by using approach process of obstetrics 7 step varney and documented with (SOAP).
