Abstract

Pregnancy, delivery and post partum is a physiological process, in this process, not a few women who suffer health problems which can increase the amount of morbidity and mortality of mothers and babies. In 2014, the maternal mortality rate indinesia reached 305/ 100.000 livw births and neonatal reached 22,23/1000 live births. In Semarang district in 2015, AKI as much as 120,34 per 100,000 live births and IMR of 11,18 / 1,000 live births. The purpose of this paper is able to apply theory and practice into a real experience is implementing comprehensively midwifery care. Method of this research final report uses case studies, using approach obstetric management 7 step varney and documented with SOAP. Methods of data collection are from interviews, observation, or physical examination and from KI book. The research result obtained diagnosis Mrs. S G2P1A0 26 years old 38 weeksn gestation with risk factors, physiological, childbirth followed by postnatal physiological, physiological newborns and family planning. In pregnancy there is a gap that is at TT immunization status unknown, at delivery gained gap does not correspond with the 58 steps, due to the use of PPE does not use glasses, hair cover and boots, the puerperal also found gaps mother would not be given gymnastics parturition. The conclusion of this study is on the application of midwifery care there is a gap between theory and practice of midwifery care in the land. It is hoped that the client wants to do gymnastics parturition for physical recovery and willing use planning as selected, and health professionals such as midwives can improve the quality of health care by making aid APN and implement appropriate labor IMD.
