Abstract

Pregnancy, intrapartum and postpartum is physiological processes, quite a few however mother had health problems will increase the number of morbidity and mortalitas mother and baby. Based on data from Demak Health departemen in 2015, MMR 22 there are some cases, and 149 IMR some cases. While MMR at Dempet Health center in 2016, as many 1 case, and IMR as much 3 case. The purpose of this research namely providing services care of obstetrics comprehensively for pregnant women, intrapartum, postpartum, newborn and family planning to the standard of obstetrics care.The task of writing the report uses the end of this research method descriptive qualitative implemented through approach case studies and in the document in the form of SOAP.This research result obtained diagnose G2P1A0 age 30 years gestational age 38 sunday with pregnancy physiological, intrapartum spontaneous without complication and without ripping the perineum , spontaneous baby born in normal circumstances , the postpartum and family planning physiological .The conclusion of this research that Mrs. St. M not have a problem for pregnant, intrapartum, postpartum and in the use of family planning, however there was a gap in the care of delivery IMD only done 30 minutes.Recommendations in the report their final task is to improve IMD at least 1 hour that inner relation would between mother and baby, and increasing success in breastfeeding exclusive.
