A research MRI lumbar in case HNP with WI FSE T2 sequences in the sagittal cuts DR R Soeharso Orthopedic Hospital Surakarta by using the difference value of TR 3085 and TR 4085. Because the value of the use value TR MRI lumbar T2 FSE sequences varies between implementation in the field with some of the existing journal. This study aims to determine differences in anatomical image information on the use of TR values for lumbar MRI examination on a case HNP.This type of research is quantitative research with experimental approach, which aims to determine the anatomical image information value differences TR, TR value between 3085 and 4085 at the lumbar spine MRI examination sequences HNP case pieces sagittal T2 FSE WI. Then the results of the MRI images were given questionnaires and assessed by the respondents. Furthermore, the results kuisinoner Wilcoxon test was done to see the difference in the results of that image. The results of the optimal anatomical image information contained on the use of value TR 4085 which produces an image the anatomy of the lumbar spine sagittal cuts mean rank according to the results of a Wilcoxon test with P Value 0.001 at the 95% confidence level (?: 0.05) so the hypothesis Ho is rejected because there is a difference on lumbar MRI examination results, especially in the lumbar section of cerebro spinal fluid anatomy and ligament plavum.
