Abstract
Tooth extraction is a frequent practice in Puskesmas as most patients come with dental conditions that can no longer be treated. This behavior causes the high number of tooth extraction at the Puskesmas Sayung 1 Kabupaten Demak. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that influence the behavior of tooth extraction patients at the Puskesmas Sayung 1 Kabupaten Demak.The type of this research is the correlation with cross sectional design with the number of samples of 58 respondents with purposive sampling technique. Technique of collecting data with questioner and observation. Spearman correlation statistic test was used to analyze data of research result, with 95% confidence level and statistic test of Logistic Regression was used to know the most influential variable to the behavior of tooth extraction patient.The results showed that attitude factor p = 0,000, and family support P = 0,007 have an effect on tooth extraction patient behavior. The factors of knowledge, education, income, infrastructure, health facilities, and attitudes of health workers (p> 0.05) do not affect the behavior of tooth extraction patients. The conclusion of this research the most influential factor is the attitude with the value of EXP (B) 0.116.Keywords: Behavior, Teeth Removal
