Pneumonia is the second leading cause of death (15,5%) after diarrhea (25.2%) in Indonesia. Period prevalence pneumonia is high in toddler age 1-4 years. Period prevalence of infant pneumonia in Indonesia is 18,5 (Health Departement RI, 2013). The Number pneumonia toddler case in Pekalongan Regency 2015 as many as 4526 cases and 168 severe pneumonia, mortality due to pneumonia as many as 10 cases. This research aimed to determined the correlation risk factors to the pneumonia incidence of toddler in working area Paninggaran Public Health Center Pekalongan Regency This research have done in Paninggaran Public Health Center Pekalongan Regency. The corresponding research design used correlation description with case control approach. Population were toddlers who checked with complaints of cough at Paninggaran Public Health Pekalongan Regency in Mei 2017. The technique of sampling used accidental sampling. The instrument of data collecting used checks list.Data analysis used chi square and odds ratio. The results showed that the highest proportion of children under five years of age was 68-7 years old (68.9%), female (68.9%), not BBLR (66.7%), malnutrition (62.6%). Age and sex is not a risk factor for the incidence of pneumonia. There are 3 significant risk factors, ie history of LBW (OR = 4,00), nutritional status (OR = 4,054), and Vitamin A (OR = 12) From the result of this research, expected health workers provide vitamin A according to Schedule so that it can increase the immunity of toddlers and prevent disease Pneumonia. Health workers also need to improve health education on vitamin A and nutrition toddler.
