The coverage of tobacco services in Kabupaten Semarang from 2014 to 2015 decreased from 79.5% to 79.2%. This decline occurred because the achievement of Puskesmas Bawen of 40.4% is still below target (60%). The low coverage is due to the low visit of children aged 12-23 months to posyandu.The purpose of this research is to know the factors related to the low of visitation behavior of the mother of children aged 12-23 months to the posyandu in the work area of Bawen Public Health Center in 2017.The research was conducted in the working area of Puskesmas Bawen by analytical survey method. The research population of children aged 12-23 months in Asinan and Polosiri were 138 respondents. The sample size is 58 respondents. Sampling technique is Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. The research instrument used questionnaire of univariate data analysis using frequency distribution and bivariate analysis with Chi Square test.Result of research that characteristic mother age 20-35 years with visit to posyandu good equal to 82,8%, high school education equal to 48,3% and not work equal to 60,3%. Most of mothers have less knowledge about 43,1%, good attitude equal to 53,4%, get good family support equal to 51,7% and got good support of public figure 55,2%. There is a relation between knowledge (p value 0,012), family support (p value 0,001) and support of community figure (p value 0,020) with visit to posyandu. There is no correlation between attitude with visit to posyandu (p value 0,358).From the result of the research, it is hoped that the respondent can increase their confidence and conduct self evaluation to increase visit to posyandu. Puskesmas is expected to increase promkes, make policies, provide regular training and revitalize posyandu.
