      DIFFERENCE STUDY OF CERVICAL MR ANATOMY IMAGING INFORMATION WITH AN IMPLEMENTATION OF FAT SATURATION AND DIXON in T2WI SEQUENCES WITH HERNIATED NUCLEUS PULPOSUS Teri Leswati1, Emi Murniati2, Gatot Murti Wibowo3Poltekkes Kemenkes Semarange-mail: leswatitery27@gmail.comABSTRACTBackground: T2-Weighted Image Fast Spin Echo (FSE T2WI) image are widely used as a standard sequences to study the anatomy and abnormalities of the cervical. Fat signal remains bright on FSE T2WI, however potentially image information was decrease. An alternative way to improve image information using fat suppression. Types of suppresion is fat saturation and dixon, the purpose of this research to find out the differences image information between FSE T2WI fat saturation and FSE T2WI dixon sequences for examination of cervical MRI sagital slice, and to determine superiority between those sequences on MR 1,5 T.Method: The type of research is experimental. The sample of the study is 10 patients with scanning cervical MR in RS Telogorejo Semarang, to compare with the Anulus Fibrosus, Nucleus Pulposus, Corpus, Ligamentum Flavum, Soft Tissue, Cervical Spinal Cord. Thats were determined based on radiologists observation and opinion in the questionnaire. Data were analysed statistically using Wilcoxon to find out the differences image information between on both sequences, and were analysed using descriptive to determine superiority between those sequences to give the image information.Result: This result showed a significant difference between FSE T2WI fat saturation and FSE T2WI dixon sequence of Anulus Fibrosus, Nucleus Pulposus, Ligamentum Flavum, Soft Tissue, Cervical Spinal Cord with (p value
