The use of ionizing radiation sources in the health field needs to have periodic control of radiation security in addition to the benefits but the presence of radiation hazards must also be minimized. Central Surgical Installation of Dr. Moewardi Surakarta Hospital has been equipped with C-Arm modalities to support the surgical, but since installation in 2011 and conducted the rate of radiation exposure in that year has not been re-measured radiation exposure rate in the room used. This study aims to determine the value of the radiation exposure rate for workers based on reference to Dose Limit Values (NBD) in Perka Bapeten No.8 in 2011.Research is quantitative with observational approach. This research was conducted in May 2017. Data collection was done by observation, documentation and measurement of the value of exposure rate at several points. The data obtained were then analyzed by comparing with Dose Limit Values (NBD) according to Perka Bapeten No.8 Year 2011.The measurement of the radiation exposure rate at point 1 which is the radiographer point stands indicates a radiation exposure leak of 0.5 ?Gy / h, at point 2 which is the point in front of the patient entrance indicating a radiation exposure leakage of 0.4 ?Gy / h, At point 3 which is the point in front of the hand-washing room door indicates a leak of radiation exposure of 0.33 ?Gy / hr. While at point 4 which is the operating room 3 and 5 which is the hallway behind room 4 not found leakage of radiation exposure. The background exposure value in the room is 0.6 ?Gy / h which exceeds the background exposure value based on the height according to UNSCEAR. Leakage value at point 1,2 and 3 in C-Arm room at Central Surgical Installation of Dr. Moewardi Surkarta Hospital is still under the NBD so it is safe for officers that works around room with C-Arm modalities.
