      Abstract
      The difference of image quality of CT Scan Orbita has been done by using variation of slice thickness and reconstruction of Algorithm in Radiology Installation with RSUD Nganjuk. The purpose of this research is to know whether there is difference of picture quality of CT Scan Orbita by using Slice thickness and Algorithm Reconstruction and to know Slice thickness and Algorithm Reconstruction which produce best picture quality.The type of this research is quantitative research with experimental approach. Data retrieval is done by performing three scanning on CT Scan Orbita examination by using the same parameter so as to generate Raw data. Then the results are reconstructed with variations of Slice thickness and different Algorithm Reconstruction that is 1 mm, 2 mm, 3 mm, 4 mm and 5 mm and Reconstruction of Smooth, Standart and Sharp Algorithm so as to get the number of variation combination as many as fifteen variations. Shooting is done in the same scanning area for each slice thickness and reconstruction algorithm. Furthermore, each of the images was evaluated by 3 (three) respondents (radiologist) using check list with total sample of forty five samples. Data were analyzed using crosstabulasi and continued with Kolmogorov-Smirnov normality test and Paired T test because the hypothesis type was comparative with more than two sample groups paired with ordinal data type.The results showed that there was a significant difference in picture quality of CT Scan Orbita with p value (
