      Abstract
Research on radiograph quality is image resolution resulting from standard exposure factor on direct digital radiography imaging at RSUD Moewardi Surakarta Radiology installation of 85 kVp and 20 mAs, and modification of exposure factor using 15% rule is 98 kVp 10 mAs and 72 kVp 40 MAs. This study aims to determine the radiograph quality of image resolution and radiation dose received by the detector with the exposure factor of 15% rule. The type of this research is quantitative with experimental approach done on direct digital radiography imaging in radiology installation of RSUD Moewardi Surakarta using pelvic phantom and bar tool pattern and exposure three times using exposure factor standard 85 kVp 20 mAs and modification 15% rule that is 98 kVp 10 mAs and 72 kVp 40 mAs. After that the pelvic radiograph of the pelvis AP in read by respondents with three respondents and the data in can be made graph and then in descriptive analysis. Look for the dose of radiation received by the detector by calculating the intensity.Based on the result of the reading of the bar pattern by the respondent of image resolution on the radiograph of the modified exposure factor modification factor 15% is 98 kVp 10 mAs obtained values of 1.6 and 2.13, and 72 kVp 40 mAs obtained 2.0 and 1.8. Which means Ha is rejected, so there is a 15% rule relationship to radiographic quality. At the dose of radiation received by the detector at 98 kVp 10 mAs obtained results 4.8 x 10-11 ?Gy and at 72 kVp 40 mAs obtained results 10.4 x 10-11 ?Gy.Keyword : 15% rule, pelvis, image resolution, dose of radiation, direct digital radiography
