MRI Brain examination with intracranial tumor case using FSE T2 PROPELLER sequences and FSE T2 ASSET sequences, imaging techniques that can reduce artifacts and can generate images quickly. This study aimed to determine whether there are differences of the anatomy information between T2 PROPELLER sequences and FSE T2 ASSET sequences and determine the best sequences between T2 PROPELLER sequences and FSE T2 ASSET sequences in examination of MRI Brain axial slice with intracranial tumor case. This type of study is a quantitave stidy conducted with an experimental approach in Radiology Installation og General Hospital Dr. Soetomo Surabaya. Data is collected on examination MRI Brain axial slices with intracranial tumor case in 10 patients. Then performed scanning T2 PROPELLER sequences and FSE T2 ASSET sequences on axial slice. Presented to the three doctors radiologist to assess. Once the image judged by the three respondents, the the assessment results are summarized and then in a statistical test using SPSS version 16.0 with the method of Wilcoxon. The results showed that there were significant differences in the anatomical information between the T2 PROPELLER sequences and the FSE T2 ASSET sequences on the MRI examination of axial bone fragments with intracranial tumor cases with p-value 0.003 (p
