      Abstract
Coronary Artery Bypass Graft (CABG) is an operation performed to increase blood flow to heart muscle. Conducted by means of healthy blood vessels from other body part staken and connected to the coronary arteries through blockage. MSCT-Scan post Coronary Artery Bypass Graft (CABG) is one of the heart's CT-Scan examination susing a positive contrast medium that is performed to see the function of a blood vessel that has be enconnected. The purpose of this researc his to know the procedure of examination of MSCT-Scan cardiac post Coronary Artery Bypass Graft (CABG) at Radiology Installation of Tarakan Hospital Jakarta and there as on for the examination by using bolus and contrast technique 100cc.The research type is qualitative research with case study approach. Data collection by observation, interviews with three radiographers, thre era diologists, a sending doctor, and documentation. Data retrieval was conducted from May to July 2017. Processing and data analysis were performed with interaktif model system. The result of observation showed that MSCT-Scan cardiac post Coronary Artery Bypass Graft (CABG) test using bolus (timing bolus) and contrast media were 100 cc. The reason for the examination by using the technique is because the examination by using bolus test technique (timing bolus) is not susceptible to changes in position of the patient because it uses delay time, minimize errors caused by mistake in determining the point of Region of Interest (ROI), in addition to bolus test techniques (timing bolus) has a higher time delay accuracy, while the use of contrast media as much as 100 cc that is because in determining the volume of contrast media based on the formula scan time multiplied by flowrate.
