Abstract

ABSTRACTTECHNIQUE 3D CRT RADIOTERAPI (EXTERNAL) ON BREAST CANCER CASE POST MODIFIED RADICAL MASTECTOMYIN SUB. DEPARTMENT OF RADIOTERAPIDr. RAMELAN NAVAL HOSPITALSURABAYAPrayitno Darmo Putro1), M. Irwan Katili 2), Siti Masrochah3)This research done in Sub Department Radiotherapy Dr. Ramelan Naval Hospital Surabaya aiming to know 3D CRT technique external radiotherapy in : doctor consultation, positioning and immobilitation, CT-simulator,treatment planning system, manual radiotherapy verification with CT-sim,action treatment with Linac post modified radical mastectomy and manual verification effectivity with CT simulator. The type of research conducted in this paper/thesis is descriptive qualitative with case study approach. Retrieval data method with observation, interview and documentation. The data obtained then processed with the literature used to discuss in accordance with the existing problems then can be drawn a conclusion.Implementation of the research results show that external radiotherapy 3D CRT technique in breast cancer post modified radical mastectomy in sub department radiotherapy dr.
