Abstract

The process of pregnancy, labor, childbirth, and newborn is a process physiological. In the process, most of mothers had been health problems that can increase the number of morbidity and motralitas mother and baby. Coverage of service period pregnant, maternity, childbirth, bbl, and family planning in health care standardized health care have not reached 100%.Method of this research final report uses case studies, using approach obstetric management 7 steps Varney and documented with SOAP. The case studies of obtained a diagnosis of Mrs.S 17 years G1P0A0 gestational age of 37 weeks physiologically, with delivery of early rupture of membrane complications that received referral service, followed by normal childbirth and BBL, and planning for family planning.In pregnancy, the gap is not done TT immunization according to the schedule of administration and non-fulfillment of service standard 14 T. In labor there is gap of complication of premature rupture of membranes and no referral according to the reference condition. In the childbirth period there is a gap that has been not terabanya fundus uteri on seventh day. The conclusion of the case studies is on the implementation of midwifery care there are a gap between the theory and practice of midwifery care in outdoor.
