Abstract
Pregnancy, labour, postpartum and newborns is a physiological process, but in the process there is the possibility of a situation that threatens the mother and baby, even death. Therefore, pregnancy, labor, postpartum and newborn should be handled by authorized health personnel for the safety of mother and baby. The purpose of this research is to provide continuous and comprehensive midwifery care to pregnant women, labor, postpartum, newborn and family planning in accordance with midwifery care standard and midwife authority by using documentation in the form of SOAP and by using midwifery management approach. The research results obtained diagnosis Mrs.TA G2P1A0 age of 26 years 37 weeks gestation, pregnant physiological, spontaneous labor without complications, the baby born in a state of spontaneous, normal and physiological puerperium with II degree perineal wound. In the antenatal care has been implemented the standard care of 10 T, the intranatal care has been done delivery assistance in accordance with the standard step of Normal Labour Care. Postpartum care there is no gap. Newborn care there is no gap. The conclusion of this research is that the application of comprehensive midwifery care is appropriate, there is no gap between the theory and practice of midwifery care in the field
