Abstract

Semarang regency is ranked 24th for the number of MMR in 2016 and rank 11 of 35 districts / cities for the number of IMR in the province of Central Java. Viewed from MMR in 2016 that is 103,39 per 100,000 live birth and IMR 11.15 per 1,000 live births in Semarang regency which is still high due to the decrease of health status in Indonesia. The government's effort to improve it is the existence of Suistainable Development Goal's (SDG's). For the achievement of SDG's itself can be done through comprehensive and qualified midwifery care by skilled health personnel.This Final Report Writing in the form of case studies using the approach to midwifery management and documentation in the form of SOAP.The case study results on Ny. S diagnosed G2P1A0 37 weeks pregnant with normal pregnancy without complications and complications with complaints often kenceng but not yet regularly resolved with the technique of deep breathing relaxation. The process of physiological labor is followed by physiologic purity without complications. Newborn care with no abnormalities and complications, and family planning counseling to Ny. S.In the care provided there is a gap in the process of physiological labor that is the unavailability of sterile fabric and uncomplete PPD.The conclusion of the results of this study is midwifery care during the process of pregnancy, maternity, puerperium, newborn and KB is physiological. There is a gap in childbirth care that is uncomplete PPD.
