Abstract
lntroduction:Though early children education (PAUD)in lVeteseh Village located at Tembalang recently estabilish, but there's a huge transformation both passive and negative. Concrete problems often faced by managers of PAUD in Meteseh Village such as, the implementationwhere the schedule that has been made can't be kept by the leacher, so managers have to findanother teacher who could replace or replace them itself. This thing can make saturated for PAUDstudents cause the teacher are no variation. In addition, props and games in that place are notintact, broken or some missing part. All this time, not many people pay attention to existingproblems.lVethod: The research type is descriptive analysis, with cross-sectional approaching. Researchlocation is in Meteseh village, Tembalang, Semarang. Research population are PAUD programmanager in Meteseh, 36 individual obtained from registered PAUD in Meteseh, which is 12 PAUD.Sampling technique is by using saturated sample, which is whole researched population, whereeach PAUD has 3 managers, who are chairman, secretary, and treasurer. Data analyzed withunivariate, bivariate (Rank Spearman), and content analysis.Result and Discussion: There is a problem in PAUD management, which are planning andimplementation stages. Problem in PAUD planning components is that some PAUD don't haveeducation calendar, lack of fund, and below standard place. Problem in PAUD implementationcomponents are that some PAUD don't have APE and adequate PHBS practice instruments, andalso that students didn't attend based on schedule.
