      Abstract
Turbo Faktor is the number of 180? pulses that will fill the line in K-Space on each TR. The use of turbo factor can shorten the scanning time, but has the disadvantage that is causing the picture be blurring that allows a reduction in Signal to Noise Ratio (SNR) or comparison between the magnitude of amplitude noise, the effect on the Contrast to Noise Ratio (CNR) as well as the anatomical information generated. The purpose of this research is to know the difference of the CNR and Anatomical Information on variations of turbo factor on sequence MRI Sagittal T1 TSE genu and to know the value of a turbo factor of optimal. This research is quantitative research pre-experimental designs with one-shot approach to the case study. This research was conducted on 10 probandus. The CNR measurement is done by the method of Region of Interest (ROI) and measurement of Anatomical information is done by means of reading out the results of the image on a specialist Radiology. Data analysis was performed by annova statistic test on CNR and friedman test on anatomical information. The results of the test are obtained by annova that there are significant differences in variation of turbo factor against CNR PCL-Tibia with a p-value of 0.015. On the CNR ACL-Cartilago there is a significant difference in variation of turbo factor with p-value of 0.001. While at the CNR Ligamentum Patella-Patella there are also significant differences in variation of turbo factor with p-value of 0.002. The next test of friedman obtained that there are significant differences in variation of turbo factor to information anatomy with a p-value of 0.001 and the value of the mean rank resulting variation factor indicates that the turbo turbo factor 5 has a the value of the mean rank with the highest value of 3.26.
