Abstract

Pregnant women of primigravida almost all experience anxiety, anxiety, and good fear during pregnancy, in the face of labor or after childbirth. Women who suffer from stress and anxiety during pregnancy of the third trimester will have an increased risk of congenital abnormalities. There are various therapeutic alternatives to overcome the anxiety of pregnant women, one of which is prenatal yoga. Therefore, researchers interested in conducting research with the aim of knowing the influence of prenatal yoga on anxiety levels and changes in vital signs.This type of quasi experimental research with pretest-posttest approach with control group design.
