Abstract

REVIEW OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF MEDICAL RECORD NUMBER BASED ON SIMPUS PUSKESMAS GAYAMSARI SEMARANGABSTRACTThe numbering system in medical record service is the procedure of writing the number given to the patient who came for treatment part of the patient's personal identity. Based on the results of preliminary study at Gayamsari Public Health Center Semarang 30% component of KK number is not filled. Component of area number and number of puskesmas index is filled 100%. The purpose of this research is to know the suitability of numbering based on SIMPUS.The type of research is descriptive quantitative. The study population is an outpatient medical record in 2017 at Gayamsari Public Health Center Semarang. The sampling technique is Random Sampling by lottery (arisan). Sample size was calculated using slovin formula with error rate of 10%, obtained 100 samples. Data collection method is observation using checklist.The results showed that the numbering on register book mismatch based on SIMPUS of 23%. Numbering on medical records of outpatient mismatch SIMPUS occurrence of 26%. Numbering on family map of non-conformity mismatches based on SIMPUS is 91%. Incompatible components are blank or unfilled.
