Abstract

UHC Program (Universal Health Corverage) held by the City of Semarang for the entire community of Semarang City who undergo treatment in class III. With the UHC program will be the high needs of inpatient services in class III. For that RSUD K.R.M.T. Wongsonegoro Semarang must provide facilities in class III such as bed capacity. The purpose of this research is to know the prediction of the number of days of care and to know the prediction of the needs of class III bed based on Barber Johnson indicator in 2018-2022.The type of research is descriptive research. The research method is operational survey. The research variables consisted of the number of effective days of service, number of days of care, the prediction of the number of days of care, the prediction of the needs of the bed in class III. Data processing consists of collecting, editing, tabulation, calculation, data analysis descriptively.The results showed that the prediction calculation of third-class care days in a row from 2018-2022 that is 90105, 100376, 110646, 120917, 131187. The prediction calculation needs of class III beds in a row from 2018-2022 according to the ideal minimum value of BOR 75% ie 329, 366, 403, 441, 479 and according to the average value of BOR RSUD KRMT Wongsonegoro Semarang respectively in 2018-2022 which is 301, 336, 369, 405, 439 beds.
