Abstract
Posyandu (Integrated Service Post) elderly is a program of community participation activities directed to the community. In the working area of Tengaran Community Health Care there are 27 integrated service post elderly. The purpose of this study to determine the factors that affect the utilization integrated service post elderly.This research is analytical survey research and using cross sectional study. The sample size is 64 respondents using accidental sampling technique. The research instrument used questionnaire. Univariate analysis uses frequency distribution and bivariate analysis using chi square.The results showed that each of the 24 respondents (37.5%) well and less knowledge. 16 respondents (25%) are knowledgeable. 38 respondents (59.4%) received good family support and 26 respondents (40.6%) received poor family support. 35 respondents (54,7%) role of integrated service post cadre to the utilization of integrated service post elderly good category and 29 respondent (45,3%) role of posyandu cadre to utilization of posyandu category not good. The results of statistical tests performed Chi Square testing of knowledge, family support, and the role of cadres on the utilization integrated service post elderly has a value of p
