Abstract

Localization of Intrauterine Devices examination in Radiology Instalation of RSUD dr. Soehadi Prijonegoro Sragen aims to see IUD location, performed using AP and Lateral Abdomen projection post uterus sonde inserted, this is different from the theory according to Frank (2012) which states that this examination is using a photo preliminary projection AP Pelvis, and AP, Lateral, Oblique Abdomen projection post uterus sonde inserted. The purpose of this research is to know the Localization of Intrauterine Devices examination practice and the reason for use AP and Lateral Abdomen projection post uterus sonde inserted. The type of research is qualitative research with descriptive approach. The data was collected in April 2018 in Radiology Instalation of RSUD dr. Soehadi Prijonegoro Sragen by using direct observation method, interview, and document study. The data obtained is then processed and analyzed. Localization of Intrauterine Devices examination is preceded by urination, removing the lower shirt, and removing metal objects around the pelvis and abdomen. Then the uterus sonde is inserted by the midwife, followed by taking a photos AP and Lateral Abdomen projection post uterus sonde inserted. The reason for using AP projection to determine the exact location of the IUD is seen from the dextra-sinistra and superior-inferior constraints within the pelvic cavity, while the use of Lateral projection to determine the exact location of the boundary IUD seen in the anterior-posterior pelvic cavity.Pemeriksaan Localization of Intrauterine Devices di Instalasi Radiologi RSUD dr. Soehadi Prijonegoro Sragen bertujuan untuk melihat keberadaan IUD, dilakukan menggunakan proyeksi AP dan Lateral Abdomen post pemasukan sonde uterus, hal ini berbeda dengan teori menurut Frank (2012) yang menyatakan bahwa pemeriksaan ini dilakukan menggunakan foto pendahuluan proyeksi AP Pelvis, dan proyeksi AP, Lateral, Oblique Abdomen post pemasukan sonde uterus. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan pemeriksaan Localization of Intrauterine Devices dan alasan penggunaan proyeksi AP dan Lateral Abdomen post pemasukan sonde uterus. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Pengambilan data dilakukan pada bulan April 2018 di Instalasi Radiologi RSUD dr. Soehadi Prijonegoro Sragen dengan menggunakan metode observasi secara langsung, wawancara, dan studi dokumen. Data yang diperoleh kemudian diolah dan dianalisis. Pemeriksaan Localization of Intrauterine Devices didahului dengan buang air kecil, melepas baju bagian bawah, dan melepas benda logam di sekitar pelvis serta abdomen. Kemudian dilakukan pemasukan sonde uterus oleh Bidan, dilanjutkan dengan pengambilan foto proyeksi AP dan Lateral Abdomen post pemasukan sonde uterus. Alasan penggunaan proyeksi AP untuk menentukan lokasi tepatnya IUD dilihat dari batasan dextra-sinistra dan superior-inferiornya di dalam rongga pelvis, sedangkan penggunaan proyeksi Lateral untuk menentukan lokasi tepatnya IUD dilihat dari batasan anterior-posteriornya di dalam rongga pelvis.
