Pain is one of the problems experienced by patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), which is attached to a mechanical ventilator. Pain problems become more complex, because they are unable to report the pain their feel. There are efforts to overcome pain both pharmacologically and non-pharmacologically, one of which is murottal therapy. This study aims to determine pain scale changes in patients who are fitted with mechanical ventilators. The study design used a case study conducted in Intensive Care Unit (ICURSUD K.R.M.T. Wongsonegoro Kota Semarang with a total of 4 respondents. The results showed that there was a change in pain scale that was felt by respondents after murotal therapy. The results of this study recommend the need for pain management in patients with mechanical ventilators using murrotal therapy.
