dc.descriptionAbstractIntroduction: Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) in the District of Kupang, East Nusa Tenggara isstill high. To accelerate reduction of the MMR, this study was to identify the influence ofutcomeexpectation, collective efficacy, observational learning, incentive motivation, health facility, selfregulation to the reduction of MMR with the following output indicators : the 1st visit, the 4th visit,and delivery place in the District of Kupang.Methods: The type of research was observational analytic, cross sectional design with postpartumage up to 3 months (126 women). The data were analized with simple logistic regretion andmultiple logistic regretion.Result: The influence of community factor to pure the 1st visit was significantly contributed byincentive motivation and observation learning.
