      Abstract
      The Correlation of Medical Record Service Quality to BPJS PatientSatisfaction in RSUD dr. Soeselo Slawi. The background of this study is there are81.82% of medical records available less than 10 minutes in the polyclinic and18.18% of medical records are not available in the polyclinic refers to thestandards set in the Medical Service Minimum Standards. The purpose of thestudy was to test the hypothesis of the correlation between the quality of medicalrecord services and the satisfaction of BPJS patients in the RSUD dr. SoeseloSlawi.This research is located in RSUD dr. Soeselo Slawi, Tegal Regency. The typeof research used is quantitative research with survey research methods. Thesample used in this study amounted to 100 respondents calculated using theSlovin formula. The sampling method uses purposive sampling. Analysis of thedata used is the validity test, reliability test, spearman rank, and significance test.The results of this study are that there is a significant relationship between thequality of medical record services to the satisfaction of BPJS patients in RSUD dr.Soeselo Slawi which is positive with a correlation value of 0.522 (medium). Theresponsive or responsive dimension has the highest correlation value of 0.560 andthe assurance or assurance dimension has the lowest correlation value of 0.504.Suggestions for this study are that there is a need to increase the skills of medicalrecord officers, especially in the registration and work motivation so thatproviding health services to the community can be more optimal and better and remonitoringand evaluating the performance of the medical records related topatient satisfaction so that they can done regularly.
