Abstract

The value of the BOR in RSUD Kab. Temanggung in 2016 until 2018 has a high value. A high BOR value indicates the high percentage of bed usage. The BOR value efficiency standard according to DEPKES is 60-85%. Value of BOR at RSUD Kab. Temanggung have precentage above 85%. The purpose of this study was to determine the bed needs of class III wards based on statistical calculations of hospitalization according to DEPKES in 2019-2023. This type of research is descriptive research. The research method is the documentation study method. The research variables consisted of predictive care days, statistical indicators of hospitalization according to the Department of Health, inpatient daily census recapitulation. Data processing consists of data collection, tabulation, and calculation of predicted bed needs. The results of the study showed that the statistical indicators of inpatient care for Class III wards in 2014-2018 were not yet efficient. The prediction of class III ward bed needs prediction from 2019-2023 is 96,117, 134, 152 and 171 pieces, respectively. Because there are additional beds, it is necessary to add a room.
