Abstract
DIFFERENCE OF IMAGE INFORMATION ANATOMICAL MRI LUMBAL SAGITAL SLICE SEQUENCE T2WI TSE WITH THE VARIATION OF SENSE VALUE IN HERNIATED NUCLEUS PULPOUSUS DISEASE?Melinda Windiyani?^(1)) ?Sigit Wijokongko?^(2)) ?Gatot Murti Wibowo?^(3))ABSTRACTPatient with HNP cases feels a many low back pain, so have a chance to do a movement during MRI examination, and it causes poor MRI image. Quicktime of MRI examinationis needed to produce an optimal image. The technique of parallel imaging is a technique that can increase the speed of MRI data acquisition by passing through several lines of phase encoding in k-space. SENSE is One of several Parallel Imaging algorithms can then be used to reconstruct artifact-free images from either the aliased images. The purpose of this reseach is to find out the influence of SENSE value setting (1,2,3 and 4) in signal intensity determine the best setting of the four selected SENSE value in producing high signal intensity of the T2WI TSE. This research is an pre-experimental reseach. This study using MR Philips 1,5 Tesla in RS Islam Jakarta Cempaka Putih. 40 image radiograph of the 10 patient T2WI TSE sequence Lumbal MR with four SENSE value setting were produced. Three radiologist then assessed of corpus vertebrae, discus intervertebralis, canalis spinalis, spinal cord, and nucleus pulpousus. The result were then analyzed by using Friedman and wilcoxon. Result showed that there was a difference in anatomical among four SENSE value setting with p value
