dc.descriptionRepeat Analysis Program (RAP) is a system used to document digital images that are repeated and determine the cause of repetitions that can reduce repetition rates. In the RSUD Sunan Kalijaga Demak there were many images repetitions in the form of digital images and the absence of a systematic management system. The purpose of this study was to determine the percentage of exposure repetition, find out the causes of repetition, and determine solutions to reduce repetition rates.This type of research is quantitative descriptive research with survey research methods. Data taken in March-April 2019 in the Radiology Installation of RSUD Sunan Kalijaga Demak by taking samples namely repetition of digital image exposures from all radiological examinations using either contrast or non-contrast media. Data retrieval methods conducted by the author using observation and documentation. Data is processed and diagrams are made to find the dominant factors that cause image repetition and make fishbone diagrams to determine solutions based on the cause of repetition of the image.The results showed that the total repeat rate in March-April 2019 was 4.08%. This number exceeds the limit recommended by KMK Number 129 / Menkes / SK / II / 2008 that the photo damage standard is ? 2%. The main causative factor is the position error of the patient (77.01%) and the type of examination that often is the abdomen (9.42%). The solution is to improve the skills of the radiographer, provide effective communication to patients and / or their families, and provide clear instructions to patients.
