      Abstract
CT Stonography or Non Contrast Computed Tomography (NCCT) is the best radiological examination to diagnose urolithiasis, but the radiation dose received by the patient is quite large. Quantum Denoising Software (QDS) reconstruction and Adaptive Iterative Dose Reduction (AIDR) 3D result in better image quality and lower doses. The purpose of this study was determine differences in anatomic information and radiation dose (CTDIvol) in CT Stonography for urolithiasis cases between using QDS with AIDR 3D integrated Automatic Exposure Control (AEC) and to find out the best reconstruction. This type of research is quantitative research with an experimental approach to the posttest-only control group design method. The study was conducted at Aisyiyah Hospital Malang. The sample consisted of 20 people who were divided into two treatment groups QDS and AIDR 3D. Assessment of anatomic information by 3 respondents. Analysis using the Mann Whitney test for anatomical information and t-test independent for radiation dose. The results showed that there were significant differences in anatomic information (p-value 0.00 < 0.05) and CTDIvol value (p-value 0.01 < 0.05) between QDS reconstruction and AIDR. Reconstruction AIDR 3D is better in visualizing anatomic information with the highest mean rank which is 61.01 and the lowest radiation dose (CTDIvol) value with a dose reduction of 6.02 mGy or 41.7% compared to QDS reconstruction.
