Spontaneous ventilation disturbance is a decrease in energy reserves that cause the individual is unable to breathe adequately. The general objective of this research is to apply and know the Nursing Care Nursing in Hemorrhagic Stroke Patients with Spontaneous Ventilation Disorder in HCU BRSU Tabanan Room by documenting document method of patient conducted on 27-29 April 2018. With result of both client have different age that is client 1 53 years and client 2 54 years old. These two clients have different objective data on client 1 using respiratory muscle and perform blood gas analysis (AGD) and client 2 only perform oxygen saturation test and do not perform blood gas analysis (AGD) test and have similarity in nursing diagnosis that is spontaneous ventilation disorders, but the formulation of the diagnosis there is a difference this is due to differences in reference between researchers with the hospital. In the intervention section is done based on NIC and NOC. In the implementation section is done in accordance with the intervention and evaluation phase using SOAP but has a difference in the planning with the place researchers do research. With this expected the hospital BRSU Tabanan, especially giving nursing care in the HCU Room more attention to the science of nursing care according to the latest theory so that in providing nursing care can be done maximally and as a whole.
