HIV-AIDS became the focus of world attention to this point have not yet found a cure for curing this disease. The number of people living with HIV-AIDS in Bali Health Foundation since 2017 as much 139 people with a number of women 63 people and men 76 people. Problems often experienced by people living with HIV-AIDS that is anxiety will be stigma and discrimination. This makes the people living with HIV-AIDS have fear to reveal the status of their illness. One way the Self Disclosure on people living with HIV-AIDS with the expressive writing therapy. The purpose of the research is to find out the image of nursing care by expressive writing therapy in Self Disclosure to resolve anxiety for people living with HIV-AIDS. Preparation of the draft of this paper is a case study with design interview,observation,documentation. The subject used 2 people living with HIV who experience anxiety of stigma and discrimination in Bali Health Foundation. Data obtained with the nursing process approach against ansietas of assessment to evaluation. Each of the respondents experienced different levels of anxiety due to the many factors that affect anxiety. One way expressive writing therapy in Self Disclosure and after granting the respondent not feel anxiety. To the respondents of the research are expected to apply expressive writing therapy in Self Disclosure to resolve anxiety.
