TURP is surgery on BPH and the result was perfect with a success rate of 80-90%. The nursing problem which arose after he did TURP procedure is risk of urinary incontinence urgency. The results of the treatment group in urinary response as much as 14 respondents that spontaneous micturition, whereas the control group there are 5 respondents who are capable of spontaneous urinary bladder after retraining. This research aims to know the description of the procedure of granting nursing care of bladder retraining to solve the problem of the risk of incontinence urun urgency on paisen post TURP. This research is descriptive research and using this type of using the technique of data collection is the study documentation. The number of subjects who used i.e. 2 document. The results of this research show the study on document subjects 1 and 2 data that found the same. After there is a difference between the theory is compared with the results of the study contained in document subject. Nursing diagnoses are formulated on the subject documents 1 and 2 just describe the problem of nursing without formulating nursing diagnoses i.e. risk of urinary incontinence urgency. Planned interventions on documents for subjects 1 and 2 is a bladder retraining by using standard operating procedures (SPO) contained in the PROVINCIAL HOSPITAL Sanjiwani Gianyar. The implementation was done on the subject of 1 and 2 have been performed in accordance with planned intervention. Evaluation results obtained subjects 1 and 2 that is using the technique of SOAP. The results showed the existence of a difference with the theory has been presented both from the study up to the evaluation of nursing.
