One of the complications in neonates is often the case that hyperbilirubinemia, as much as 25-50% occur in term infants and 80% in LBW. Neinatal hyperbilirubinemia will cause neonatal jaundice. Severe neonatal jaundice when high bilirubin levels above 25 mg / dl can cause kernicterus, brain damage. This study aims to describe nursing care in neonatal hyperbilirubinemia with neonatal jaundice at Mangusada Badung hospital. This type of research is descriptive with case study design. The subjects were nurses who treat patients with hyperbilirubinemia infant jaundice neonatal nursing problems. The analysis used in a way menguraiakan answers obtained from interviews, observation and documentation in depth in response to the formulation of the problem by using narrative techniques. It was concluded in the assessment of patients one and two who experienced hyperbilirubinemia total bilirubin levels over 10 mg / dl, yellowed skin, mucous yellow, yellow sclera. Diagnosis raised that neonatal jaundice. Interventions for different patients between the first and second field interventions with theory.Implementation of both patient terdapat difference between the case with the theory that the implementation of neonatal jaundice problem refers to the NIC. Evaluation of a patient one and two patients who experienced neonatal jaundice is done every day by using SOAP format. Suggested nurses can perform nursing care and nursing documentation in detail and comprehensively.
