One important component in carrying out school health business is through healthy canteen services. Based on data from the Gianyar Public Health Unit I, cases of mass poisoning occurred in one of the elementary school canteens in the work area of the Gianyar Public Health Unit I. Data on diarrheal disease cases that occurred at the Gianyar Public Health Unit I in 2018, the highest cases of diarrhea occurred in elementary school children ( 6-12 years), which occurred in two villages namely Serongga Village and Abianbase Village. The purpose of this study is to find out the elementary school canteen sanitation in Serongga Village and Abianbase Village in 2019. The type of research used is descriptive by conducting observation and interview methods with canteen officers and the school. The study was conducted in seven elementary school canteens. This research is on the condition of the building and canteen sanitation facilities and storage of equipment and food, the results are not fulfilling (43%) and fulfilling the requirements (57%). The hygiene of serving the whole canteen is classified as eligible (100%). The results of the inspection of the three components can be seen that the condition of the sanitation of the seven primary school canteens in Serongga Village and Abianbase Village is eligible (100%). Suggestions that can be given are to maintain canteen sanitation so that the canteen becomes healthy, safe and comfortable for school residents.
