Silvi Roselma The Relation Behavior And Conditions Of The House Toward Tuberculosis Case In the work area of Puskesmas Air Dingin In 2019. viii + 78 pages , 19 tables, 3 pictures, 8 attachment ABSTRACT Tuberculosis is an infectious disease caused by infection of mycobacterium tuberculosis bactery. Tuberculosis (tb) has become health problem of millions people around the world including Indonesia. According to Hendrik L Blum healthiness level is influenced by 4 factors which are environment, behavior, health services and heredity, patient's behavior factor, and the house surrounding that have substantial impact of infection of tubercolosis disease. Based on the collected data from Puskesmas Air Dingin, the community still have the bad behaviour and the surrounding of the house which are not based on standard. The purpose of this research is to discover relation between behavior and conditions of the house toward tubercolosis case in the work area of Puskesmas Air Dingin in 2019. This research uses analytical study by applying design of case control study. The Population of TB's patients in this research included from the month of August until Desember 2018, and the community who lives with patients, by using sample of 46 persons. This research is executed in region of Puskesmas Air Dingin. Analysis of the data is conducted by using the chi square method. The result of this research shows that there is no significant relationship between levels of knowledge ( p = 0,529 ), behavior ( p = 0,365) toward case of tubercolosis pulmonary in the work area of Puskesmas Air Dingin in 2019, however there is a significant relationship between prevention (p=0,018), populous room occupancy (p=0,037), the house's ventilation (p=0,008), house's lighting intensity (p=0,018) toward case tubercolosis pulmonary in the work area of Puskesmas Air Dingin in 2019. Therefore, become necessery to holding training by Puskesmas concerning Tubercolosis Pulmonary disease dan healthy house to the community in Region Puskesmas and the community should apply PHBS method and notice to build the house based on the standard of healthy environment, therefore could be prevent from the infection disease.
