Ulfa Aulia Factors Associated with the Use of Long-Term Contraceptive Methods (MKJP) in KB acceptors in Lubuk Lintah Subdistrict, Ambacang Health Center Working Area in 2019. xi + 71 pages, 8 tables, 2 images, 14 attachments ABSTRACT Long-term contraceptive methods are effective contraceptives. However, the rate of long-term contraceptive use is very low from 2014 to 2017, while the use of MKJP has dropped by 24% in 2014, 23.9% in 2015, 22.1 in 2016, and 21.9% in 2017. The lowest use of MKJP contraception is Ambacang Health Center. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors associated with the use of MKJP in the Lubuk Lintah Sub-District Working Area of Ambacang Padang Health Center in 2019. This type of research is analytic survey with cross section design. The study was conducted from March to May 2019. The population in this study were all mothers who became KB acceptors totaling 2100 people. Samples were taken using cluster sampling techniques (cluster two stages) with a total sample of 92 respondents. Data was collected using a questionnaire. Data analysis consisted of univariate analysis using frequency distribution and bivariate analysis using the chi-square test using a confidence level of 95%, in terms of significance α = 0.05. The results showed that those who used Non MKJP contraception were 68.5%, mothers who had a low level of knowledge were 59.8%, mothers with negative attitudes were 55.4%, and mothers who did not get husband support were 39.1%. In the study there is a relationship between the level of knowledge with the use of MKJP (0,000), there is a relationship between attitude and use of MKJP (0.039), there is a relationship of husband's support with the use of MKJP (0.026). The conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship between the level of knowledge, attitudes, and husband's support with the use of MKJP in family planning acceptors in the Lubuk Lintah Village in the Seberang Padang Health Center Working Area.
