Bersunsein (171220612) Occupational Health and Safety Risk Analysis with HIRARC Methods in the IPSRS Workshops at The Pariaman Hospital 2018 xiii + 85 pages + 11 tables, 10 attachments ABSTRACT Hospitals are related to health services for people who have high problems with health and safety of human resources. This high risk have cause work accidents and one of there at the IPSRS Workshops in the Pariaman Hospital, the employe who do the work can increase accidents of tripping, falling, slipping, breaking, damage, electric shock, fires or eliminated. The purpose of this study was to study the occupational health and safety risk analysis with HIRARC methods in the IPSRS workshops at the Pariaman Hospital 2018. This research is a qualitative with occupational health and safety risk analysis with HIRARC methods in the IPSRS workshops at the Pariaman Hospitals. Research informants were subjects who answered the research object information as other people who understood that is three mainly informants and one key informant. Data analysis starts from risk, risk evaluation and risk control. Data is presented in the form of narratives and is equipped with an interview matrix and supported by the results of field examinations and document analysis. Hazard identification has not been carried out at the IPSRS Pariaman Hospital Workshop because the K3RS Team has tasks related to other fields so that K3RS supervision is not optimal. Hazard risk assessment is not carried out when the assessment is not carried out. There are 3 types of activities, namely IPSRS workshops, cutting processes and welding processes compared to the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) of welding. Tight and high risk assessment. Risk control is adjusted to the level of risk, namely the presence of signal signs, inspections for routine inspection, maintenance of tools and work machines, the presence of the person in charge of Ka. Installation, pay attention to applicable SOPs, make Work Safety Analysis (JSA), Training (OJT: On Job Training) and terminate the use of PPE. Hospitals should apply and improve the health and safety in the each work at the IPSRS workshop with HIRARC. Activating the K3RS team in Pariaman hospitals and specifically appointing several K3RS supervisors to conduct hospital health and safety supervision.
