| dc.description | A man frequently complains many matters on his sexual functions. Sometime people care with the penis diameter than the length. Here no physiological reason on diameter that influences sensation during coitus. Vagina can amazing and accomodating the present object to a size of one finger until a baby head. The size phallus is an attractive attentionas to increase the number of men who looking for penis enlargement, some men ask penis enlargement for functional reasons; nevertheless, the majority are for the purpose of esthetics as to have "macho" image for sex matters. Patients asking penis elongation must realize that possibly there is no penis elongation result after the amputation of suspensory ligament and sometimes can make a shorter than a longer. A result of 1 cm elongation that assumes to be surgical operation successfulness, even does not produce self esteem or sexual performances. Lastly, every enlargement or elongation case must be managed individually before a surgery as to avoid disappointment rather than an amazing outcome.
